We charge a flat fee, not a share of treatment fees.
What an enquiry includes
When someone agrees to be contacted by a clinic, we share only what you need to follow up:
- Their first name and WhatsApp number
- Their state and city
- Their stage of hair loss and main concern
- Their budget band and when they want to act
- The date and time they gave consent
We don’t share enquiries from people who haven’t agreed. Enquiries are not guaranteed, and we can’t promise how many you will receive or how many will book.
What we need from you
- Your clinic’s trading name, SSM registration and address.
- The names and Malaysian Medical Council registration numbers of the doctors, and specialist registration where it applies.
- Your Ministry of Health facility licence details, if you provide medical services.
- Only photos and text you own or have permission to use.
- No guaranteed results, misleading before-and-after claims or unverified awards. Your listing must follow Malaysian advertising rules for medical services, and we may edit or remove content that doesn’t.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for handling patient data lawfully under the PDPA. If a person asks you to stop contacting them, you must.

Questions from clinics
Does it cost anything to be listed?
A basic listing is free. Featured placement and the enquiry programme are paid, and the terms are set out in a written agreement before you pay anything.
Can you guarantee enquiries?
No. We can’t promise a number of enquiries or bookings. We’ll share what we can about how many people use the directory once we have reliable figures.
How do you verify clinics?
We check your details against public information and may ask for proof of registration or licensing before we publish.
Do paying clinics rank higher?
Paid placements appear in featured positions and are always labelled “Sponsored”. We don’t describe any clinic as the best, and we don’t change other clinics’ details because they pay.
My clinic is already in the directory. How do I take control of the listing?
Many clinics are listed using public information. Send us a message from the form above with your clinic name. We’ll check that you’re authorised to manage it, set up an account for you, and let you update the details, photos and contact buttons yourself.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
Clinics with an account can edit their own details. If your clinic is already listed and you don’t have an account yet, contact us and we’ll verify you and give you access. You can also ask us to update or remove your listing at any time.
Who owns the patient’s data?
Once you receive a patient’s details, you are responsible for handling them under the PDPA and your own privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy.
